「脱温暖化2050プロジェクト」シンポジウム

		森口　祐一　（もりぐち　ゆういち）（独）国立環境研究所　循環型社会・廃棄物研究センター長 1982年京都大学工学部衛生工学科卒、国立公害研究所（現（独）国立環境研究所）研究員。環境庁、OECD事務局勤務、国立環境研究所資源管理研究室長等を経て、 2005年より現職。脱温暖化2050プロジェクト・交通チームリーダー。交通公害対策、温暖化対策、ライフサイクルアセスメント、物質フロー分析等の研究に従事。 OECDの資源生産性指標開発、UNEPの資源管理国際パネル等に参画。東京大学大学院客員教授を兼務。

		藤野　純一　（ふじの　じゅんいち）（独）国立環境研究所・地球環境研究センター　温暖化対策評価研究室　主任研究員 2000年東京大学卒工学博士。北陸先端科学技術大学院大学客員准教授、東京理科大学非常勤講師を併任。専門分野：エネルギー環境システム工学、エネルギー環境経済モデル分析。主な編著書：「バイオエネルギー」ミオシン出版。 2000年4月よりAIMの活動に参加。主にアジアや世界を対象とした多地域モデル構築に携わり、長期を見据えた温室効果ガス排出削減効果や地域間貿易の環境影響などを分析している。「脱温暖化2050」ではシナリオチームの一員として2050年シナリオ構築を行いながら、プロジェクトリーダーを補佐しプロジェクト全体の調整機能を担っている。

		蟹江　憲史　（かにえ　のりちか）東京工業大学大学院　社会理工学研究科　准教授 1969年5月生まれ。東京工業大学大学院社会理工学研究科准教授。専門は国際関係論、地球環境政治。特に、気候変動やアジアにおける越境大気汚染に関する国際制度研究に重点を置く。 IHDP Earth System GovernanceプロジェクトScientific Steering Committee委員。近年の主な論文・著書にNorichika Kanie and Peter Haas eds. Emerging Forces in Environmental Governance, United Nations University Press (2004)、「気候変動国際政治の2013年問題－日本は国際制度設計の先鞭をつけられるのか？－」世界2008年6月など。

		Dr. Tae Yong Jung アジア開発銀行，フィリピン His research areas are energy and environmental modeling, clean energy financing. He has special interest in economic development and environmental concerns. He was one of lead authors of IPCC Special Report on Emission Scenario (SRES). He has been a visiting fellow at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory of USA, Economic Research Institute of Kyoto University, and National Institute for Environmental Studies of Japan. He was in Korea Energy Economics Institute. He joined Institute for Global Environmental Strategies (IGES), Japan in 1999, where he was a project leader for the Climate Policy Project. Before he joined the ADB, he worked at the World Bank where he was involved in the World Bank's activity on 'clean energy and development: towards an investment framework' Dr. Jung received his Ph.D. in Economics from Rutgers University.

		Prof. Fwa Tien Fang シンガポール国立大学，シンガポール He received his BEng from the National University of Singapore, MASc from the University of Waterloo, Canada, and PhD from Purdue University, USA. He is currently the Director of the Centre for Transportation Research, National University of Singapore. Professor Fwa is active academically and professionally in transportation engineering and transportation infrastructure management. He is presently a Vice President of the International Society for Maintenance and Rehabilitation of Transport Infrastructure, and a Board Member of the East Asia Society of Transportation Studies. He was also the founding President of the Intelligent Transportation Society (Singapore).

		花木　啓祐　（はなき　けいすけ）東京大学大学院　工学系研究科　教授 1952年神戸市生まれ。専門は温暖化対策、廃棄物や物質フロー解析、水環境問題、ヒートアイランド対策などを中心とした都市環境工学で、地球温暖化問題を基本として都市の物質代謝の問題、環境の価値の評価などに取り組んでいる。日本水環境学会会長、環境科学会理事、土木学会理事、廃棄物学会評議員などを務める。著書に「都市環境論」（岩波書店）などがある。日本水環境学会学術賞、環境科学会学術賞を受賞。

		Dr. Shobhakar Dhakal （独）国立環境研究所　地球環境研究センター国際科学プログラムであるグローバルカーボンプロジェクト(GCP)つくば国際オフィス長。名古屋大学客員准教授。研究テーマは、都市のエネルギー利用と炭素排出のシステム解析、低炭素都市づくりの道筋とシナリオ、都市の気候政策とアジア諸都市における相互作用。環境と発展に関する国際共同研究における中国評議会（都市に関する作業部会）、国際エネルギー機関の都市モデリンググループ、地球エネルギーアセスメント、都市と気候変動アセスメントに関する国際パネルにも貢献する。 GCPつくば国際オフィスは国立環境研究所に設置されている。

		Dr. Rizaldi Boer ボゴール農業大学，インドネシア Dr. Rizaldi Boer is a teaching staff at the Department of Geophysics and Meteorology and just appointed as the Director of Centre for Climate Risk and Opportunity Management (CCROM) of Bogor Agricultural University for the period of 2009-2013. He got his PhD from University of Sydney in 1994. Since 1995 he actively involves in many regional research activities related to climate variability and climate change. He is now also a member of Task Force Bureau of the IPCC for the GHG Inventory. Since 2001, he is frequently invited by the UNFCCC secretariat to be part of expert review team of the National GHG Inventory of Annex 1 countries.

		藤本　淳　（ふじもと　じゅん）東京大学　先端科学技術研究センター（RCAST）　特任教授日本電気（株）中央研究所にて、騒音振動制御技術の開発、人工衛星用振動制御材料の開発を経て、環境情報システム/環境負荷評価手法の研究開発や、エコデザインの研究に従事。世界最大級のEcoDesignシンポジウムの立ち上げ、インバース・マニュファクチャリングフォーラムの運営に携わる。 2002年4月より東京大学先端科学技術研究センター特任教授。著書に、『エコデザイン革命』『エコライフのすすめ』（いずれも丸善（株））、『2050年脱温暖化社会のライフスタイル』（（株）電通）などがある。いずれも筆頭編集者。

		Mr. William Wills リオデジャネイロ連邦大学，ブラジル He received his M.Sc. in 2007 (Energy and Environmental Planning).He is now attending Ph.D. studies in Energy and Environmental Planning at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. His main research interests include biofuels, energy efficiency, the transport sector, local and global environmental change and energy/greenhouse gases scenarios. He is now working on greenhouse gases inventories for cities and states in Brazil."

		西岡　秀三　（にしおか　しゅうぞう）（独）国立環境研究所　特別客員研究員（財)地球環境戦略研究機関　研究顧問文部科学省技術参与、中央環境審議会臨時委員 1939年東京生まれ。東京大学機械工学科卒、同博士課程修了、工学博士。旭化成工業を経て国立環境研究所勤務、東京工業大学教授、慶應義塾大学教授、国立環境研究所理事・参与地球環境戦略研究機関気候政策プロジェクトリーダーを経て現職。専門は環境システム学、環境政策学、地球環境学。1988年よりIPCCなどで、気候変化影響や対策シナリオ研究に従事。 2004年から2008年にかけては、環境省地球環境研究計画「2050年温室効果ガス削減シナリオ研究」のリーダー、および文部科学省気候予測モデル「革新プログラム」共同研究総括を務める。編著書：｢日本低炭素社会のシナリオー二酸化炭素70%削減の道筋｣　日刊工業新聞社。「地球温暖化と日本―自然・人への影響予測」古今書院。「新しい地球環境学」古今書院など。

		Dr. Jiang Kejun 国家発展和改革委員会能源研究所，中国 He received his Ph. D in Tokyo Institute of Technology in 1999. From 1993, Jiang Kejun began the research on climate change relative to energy policy analysis, which focuses on energy technology policy assessment, energy supply policy assessment, renewable energy development and energy conservation. Leading Integrated Policy Assessment Model for China (IPAC) team, he is mainly working on policy assessment. Major focus includes energy policy, energy system, energy market analysis, and climate change, local environment policies and international negotiation. Since 1997, he has worked with IPCC for Special Report on Emission Scenario and Working Group III Third Assessment Report. He is leader author for IPCC WGIII AR4 Chapter 3, and leader author for GEO-4 Chapter 2.

		槌屋　治紀　（つちや　はるき）（株）システム技術研究所所長東京大学工学部機械工学科卒業(1965)、同大学院博士課程修了、工学博士(1970)、株式会社システム技術研究所を設立(1979)、所長として現在に至る。著作「エネルギー耕作型文明」「エネルギーのいま・未来」「燃料電池」、論文「日本の二酸化炭素削減シナリオ」(1990)など、エネルギー利用効率の向上と再生可能エネルギーに関する研究を行っている。 IPCC第2次報告書（1995）の作成に協力し、2007年度IPCCのノーベル平和賞受賞時にIPCC より協力証書を授与された。放送大学客員教授（2002-2006）。

		Prof. Priyadarshi R. Shukla インド経営大学院，インド P.R. Shukla is a Professor in Public Systems Group at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, India. He holds a Ph.D. from Stanford University. He is a consultant and advisor to Governments and international organizations. He has been a member of official Indian delegation to the Conference of Parties to the UNFCCC. Prof. Shukla is a member of several international teams working on energy and environment modeling and policy studies. He is a lead author of several international reports including eight IPCC reports. His publications include twelve books and numerous publications in international journals in the areas of development, energy, environment and climate change policies.

		武藤　めぐみ　（むとう　めぐみ）（独）国際協力機構　JICA研究所　研究員国際協力銀行開発金融研究所主任研究員を経て、現在国際協力機構JICA研究所研究員。主な研究分野は開発ミクロ経済学、特に家計や企業の行動とインフラとの関係。米国プリンストン大学 Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs修士、政策研究大学院大学 Ph.D. candidate。

		Prof. Ram Manohar Shrestha アジア工科大学院，タイ Ram Shrestha is currently a professor of energy economics at the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), Thailand. Professor Shrestha serves as the Editor of International Energy Journal and as a member of the Editorial Board of Journal of Energy Engineering of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE). Previously, he also served an Associate Editor of Energy-The International Journal and Energy Economics. He is a coauthor of 3 books (namely, Energy Policies in Asia, Bio-coal Technology and Economics, and Baseline Methodologies for Clean Development Mechanism Project: A Guidebook) and has published extensively in refereed international journals including Journal of Environmental Economics and Management, Energy Economics, The Energy Journal, Resource and Energy Economics, Energy Policy, and Climate Policy. He is a recipient of The Energy Journal’s Best Paper Award from International Association for Energy Economics (IAEE).

		平石　尹彦　（ひらいし　たかひこ）（独）地球環境戦略研究機関（IGES）　理事・上級コンサルタント 1968年3月東京大学工業化学修士、労働省入省。1971年環境庁へ。ケニア大使館（環境・技術協力）、 OECD環境局等を経て、1998年まで国連環境計画（UNEP）事務局勤務。現在、地球環境戦略研究機関（IGES）理事・上級コンサルタント、気候変動に関する政府間パネル（IPCC）ビューロー委員・温室効果ガス・インベントリータスクフォース共同議長など。

		Dr. Jae Edmonds パシフィックノースウェスト国立研究所，米国 He is the principal investigator for the Global Energy Technology Strategy Program to Address Climate Change, an international, public-private research collaboration. His research in the areas of long-term, global, energy, economy, and climate change spans three decades, during which time he published several books, numerous scientific papers and made countless presentations. His most recent book, Global Energy Technology Strategy, Addressing Climate Change, distills more than a decade of research on the role of technology in addressing climate change. Dr. Edmonds has served in the capacity of Lead Author on every major IPCC assessment to date and presently serves on the IPCC Steering Committee on "New Integrated Scenarios". He serves on numerous panels and advisory boards related to energy, technology, the economy and climate change. His received his Ph.D. in the field of Economics from Duke University in 1975.

		山形　与志樹　（やまがた　よしき）（独）国立環境研究所　地球環境研究センター　主席研究員 1961年、神奈川県生まれ。東京大学教養学部広域科学科卒業（学術博士）。国立環境研究所において、主任研究員、総合研究官等をへて、 2006年より地球温暖化リスク評価研究プロジェクトに取り組む。この間、東京大学・北海道大学・筑波大学等非常勤講師、 IPCC「土地利用・土地利用変化および森林」主任執筆者、国際科学会議GCP科学推進委員、日本学術会議IGBP、IHDP委員、環境省他で検討会委員等を務める。専門は、生態系リモートセンシング、国際レジーム分析、土地利用分野における温暖化対策の評価など。

		甲斐沼　美紀子（かいぬま　みきこ）脱温暖化社会に向けた対策の統合評価プロジェクトリーダー（独）国立環境研究所・地球環境研究センター　温暖化対策評価研究室　室長京都大学工学部卒業。工学博士。1990年より温暖化政策評価のための統合評価モデル（AIM）の開発に従事。アジア地域の研究機関と共同してAIMモデルを用いたアジアの温室効果ガス排出削減シナリオの構築や環境保全と経済発展温暖化対策としての緩和策と適応策の両面を考慮に入れた政策の評価などを実施。 IPCC第4次評価報告書、UNEP・GEO4の主執筆者。

		増井　利彦　（ますい　としひこ）（独）国立環境研究所　社会環境システム研究領域　統合評価研究室　室長 1970年生まれ。大阪府出身。専門は環境システム。大阪大学大学院工学研究科で学位を取得し、国立環境研究所で地球温暖化研究に携わるようになって10年以上になる。国立環境研究所では、温暖化問題や廃棄物研究など様々な環境問題を、社会・経済の諸活動の中でとらえ、環境問題を解決するための対策や政策を検討する統合評価モデルの開発に取り組んでいる。また、構築した統合評価モデルを用いて、環境、経済、社会を対象とする将来シナリオの作成にも携わっている。 2000年からは東京工業大学大学院社会工学専攻との連携教員として、週に一度は講義や論文指導も行っている。
